Clear, common-sense thinking and speaking are vital parts of my approach. This is the only route to untangling your tightly knotted thought processes - processes that are often made worse by poor self-esteem, unhealthy working habits, or simply being too close to your business.

Agreeing to implement change is rarely effective without feeding back the results. You need to be accountable to your business coach … and to yourself - reporting regularly and systematically on the results of the changes you’ve implemented.
